Practice Areas
At Angell Law Offices, no client is "just another client." If your legal matter is important to you, it's important to me. Let me know how I can help you.
Administrative Law
Administrative law deals with the large and diverse body of law associated with government administrative agencies and licensing boards. With over twenty years' experience and more than 2,000 administrative proceedings as government counsel, defense counsel, and hearing examiner (administrative law judge), I am able to help clients navigate complex licensing and compliance regulations, administrative hearings, and appeals. The best administrative proceeding is the one that never happens. Contact me for general advice or review of your administrative matter.
Business Services

Positioned near state government offices, I have the capability to process corporate registration documents promptly and efficiently. I also provide consultation to for-profit and non-profit boards, prepare corporate books and records, and draft transactional documents.
With my knowledge in this area of law and my own experience in organizing and managing non-profit and for-profit entities, I advise clients on choice of business form, incorporation and registration, employment law issues, policies and procedures, business records and documents, and interaction with government agencies. I am also available to serve in a general or consulting counsel role. This frees my clients to do what they do best – run their businesses.
I also offer advice and counsel in the areas of risk management and compliance. Many businesses and entrepreneurs are unprepared to navigate and interpret the numerous laws, regulations, and administrative rules that govern almost all businesses.
Recreation Law

I am a former Director and currently General Counsel to the Climbing Wall Association, Inc., the leading international organization representing the interests of sport climbing industry stakeholders.
Over the past twenty years, I have represented a number of recreation and amusement industry clients in court, before government regulatory agencies, and in informational presentations for industry trade associations. I have saved clients millions of dollars, and I have a record of success in securing more favorable regulatory treatment for recreation providers across the U.S. I am available for general information, litigation and litigation support, and advocacy.
